Allgreen Properties had its third site after buying the Fourth Avenue site for 553 million dollars. Fourth Avenue is in district 10, Singapore. The other closest bid was 10 million dollars and was submitted by Bukit Sembawang. The minimum bid for Fourth Avenue Residences had been placed at 448.8 million dollars. The price at which Allgreen Properties bought the Fourth Avenue site was however 21 percent less than what was paid for Royalville. The strategic location of Fourth Avenue will play an important role in offsetting leasehold status.
