Order Processing, Shipping Information and Damaged Shipments FAQ's
Your item will be shipped by either UPS, FedEx or the USPS. We determine the best solution based on time and price.

Standard, Non-Personalized Items:
- There is a 2-4 business day order processing time from the day you order your item.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email with your tracking information.

- Please allow 15-20 business days for standard international shipping
Personalized Items:
- Personalized items have an 10 - 20 business day design and personalization time from the day you order your item.

- Please allow 15-20 business days for standard international shipping
- Personalized Items include all engraved and etched items. All monograms that include crystals or rhinestones are personalized and will require at minimum, 10 business days for design and dry time.

Shipping FAQ's
When will my wedding cake topper arrive?
- In most instances, it willt take 1- 3 business days to process your order. It will then take up to 9 additional business days to arrive depending on location. Please build in enough time to have the item arrive with the chance of delays in shipment. It happens and we cannot do anything about it unfortunately.
I only received a part of my shipment, now what?
- We stock a lot of items and our catalog includes a lot of items that are not stocked. Most of the time your shipment will include several shipments with several tracking numbers. Just be patient and watch your account for tracking numbers to pop in!
The tracking system shows "delivered" but I have not received my order, now what?
- Please check with neighbors, surrounding areas, different doors and entrances. UPS, FedEx and the USPS will ask you to check as well.
- If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at customerservice@thatsmytopper.com with your tracking number and we will contact the shipment company to trace the package and determine what happened: PLEASE NOTE: A lost package trace can take 2 - 4 weeks.
- If the package is never found, UPS, FedEx or USPS will issue a lost package status and will issue a refund to us. At that time we will issue you a refund or send you a no charge replacement
My wedding cake topper arrived broken, what do I do?
- Do not throw away the shipping box, we need it to make an insurance claim with UPS, USPS or FedEx.
- If the item arrives broken and you do not have the original packaging, the process may be become delayed.
- Keep the item, original packaging and contact us at 855-850-116, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST.
- We will process a replacement item immediately and you may have to return the broken item so please do not throw items away.
My wedding cake topper is not the right one I ordered, what should I do?
- Simply email us at customersupport@thatsmytopper.com with a picture of what you received and any incorrect shipments will be replaced at no charge.
- We will also send a postage paid label(call tag) to have you return the incorrect items back to us.
