We want you to be absolutely delighted with your experience at That's My Topper.
For your convenience, our return policy is broken into three sections:

- - Non-Personalized items

- - All returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee
- - Original Shipping Costs Are Not Returned
- - Closeout Items Cannot Be Returned
- - Refused shipments or shipments not accepted and returned to us without a prior authorization number will not be refunded. Please follow the directions below on returning an item so that you can obtain a return authorization number before refusing shipments.
We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied and we will work with you to make sure your experience with That's My Topper is at the highest standard. Before you order, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to call us at 855-850-1166.
Personalized Cake Toppers and All Monograms:
What is a Personalized Item?
- - Any and All Monogram Letters and Numbers are not returnable.
- - Engraved Items
- - Etched Items
- - Items with Crystals or Design Work
- - Acrylic Cake Toppers
- - Interchangeable Figurines
- - Figurines With Customized Hair Colors
- - Items With Customized Ribbon or Color Details
Personalized Items Cannot be returned or exchanged. All Personalized Sales Are Considered Final at Purchase.
If you receive a cake topper that has been damaged or has a personalization error please contact us within 5 days of receipt to receive a return authorization number and instructions for returning your item.
We will do everything we can to make sure you get the correct personalized item before your big event.
Please be sure to review and ask all questions necessary before ordering, we cannot return any personalized items or monograms. All personalized and monogram sales are considered final.

Non-Personalized Cake Toppers:
Items shipped that are non-personalized can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, less a 20% restocking fee of the original items price as long as the item is unopened and in original packaging.
Please note - shipping charges cannot be refunded unless item has been damaged during shipping or the item that was shipped was the incorrect product item number.
If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to receive a return authorization number and instructions for returning your item.

**When shipping a return item back, we highly recommend you take the shipping insurance. If items returned are damaged during shipment, we will not accept the item and we will not refund any amount if items are damaged
3. Once item is returned, we will refund amount back to you within 3 - 4 business days:
- Less 20% restocking fee
- Original shipping fees are not returned.
