What is the typical processing time for non-personalized wedding cake toppers?

Non-Personalized wedding cake toppers can take anywhere from 2 – 4 business days to be processed and packaged. We ask that 5 business days be given to make sure we can process and pack your wedding cake topper to ensure that the delivery is at the highest standard.

What is the typical processing time for personalized wedding cake toppers?

Personalized wedding cake toppers can take anywhere from 8 – 10 business days to design, so we ask that 20 business days be given to make sure we can design the item with the highest standards.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged once your item ships or when we begin any personalization or customization work.

What is the typical processing time for personalized or customized wedding cake toppers?

You can expect typical processing times between 8 to 10 business days to complete any custom hair painting, engraving or personalized crystal design.

Do you paint or engrave the event date on all items?

No, all personalization lines and engraving lines will ask you for the correct information that will be personalized or engraved. . We DO NOT engrave event dates on all items. Event Dates are only Engraved or Personalized on items that Specificially state "Engraving Line" or "Personalization Line."

The wedding cake topper I want is currently on back-order. Now what do I do?

For wedding cake toppers that are on back-order, you can order like normal and when the item arrives we will process your order as a first come first serve. For orders that are for items on back-order, you will be billed immediately as you are holding your place in line.

My Cake Topper arrived broken, now what do I do?

How long will it take my product to arrive?

Standard, Non-Personalized Wedding Cake Toppers, Wedding Cake Toppers:

There is a 2-5 business day order processing time from the day you order your wedding cake topper .
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please allow 4-7 business days for standard shipping within the US.
Please allow 15-20 business days for standard international shipping

Personalized Cake Toppers, Wedding Cake Toppers:

Personalized items have a 10 - 20 business day design and personalization time from the day you order your wedding cake topper.
Please allow 4 - 7 business days for standard shipping within the U.S.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders that include non-personalized wedding cake toppers or wedding cake toppers can be cancelled before they are shipped. You will typically need to contact us within a day of placing your order since most ordered will begin personalizing or packing within 24 hours.

Orders that include personalized wedding cake toppers or wedding cake toppers cannot be canceled but only adjusted to remove items that are non-personalized. Once the order is placed and personalization starts, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

How do I track my order?

Customers With Accounts:

Simply login to your account by visiting, http://www.thatsmytopper.com/customer/account/ and select the product you would like to track and then click the track my product button.

Customers Without Accounts:

Once your order ships, you will receive an tracking email to track your order. Check your junk mail box, sometimes emails can be filtered there.

What do I do if I lost my password?

Click on the “login” link at the top right hand corner of the page. Then click the “Lost Your Password” link in the middle of the page and you will be lead to instructions on retrieving your password.
