Did You Receive a Broken or Defective Item? Now What?

While we strive to deliver our goods to you in one piece, and without defect. 

Glass, porecelain and clay simply will have some small defects such as glass air bubbles, clay lines and some small painting defects.

If you received an item that arrived broken or with a defect please follow the necessary steps to receiving a replacement at no charge.

1a. Send the item back to our office at:

1b. Take a picture of the broken item and send the picture to customersupport@thatsmytopper.com

*Please include your order id and a brief description of the defect  so that we can process any replacement faster.**

2.  Replacements will take up to 5 business days to process and can take up to 5 - 7 business days for shipping depending on location.

3. Once your replacement item is shipped, we will process the order as normal and provide you with the tracking information.
